Focus & Attentional Control is your capacity to direct, sustain, and shift attention deliberately, instead of being dragged around by distractions, intrusive thoughts, or emotional hijacks. In this competency you’ll practice noticing where your attention actually is, gently naming what it’s hooked on, and choosing a clear anchor to return to. Over time, this transforms attention from something that “just happens” into a precise, flexible tool you can align with your goals, values, and current priorities.
