Creative Ideation & Lateral Thinking is your capacity to generate genuinely new ideas, reframe problems, and connect concepts that don’t usually go together. In this competency you’ll practice creating a “relaxed alert” state, defining the challenge clearly, and then using structured prompts to diverge, play, and experiment. Instead of going blank or staying stuck in conventional solutions, you’ll learn to surface surprising connections, choose the ideas that feel alive and possible, and turn them into concrete next steps.
