Instead of being pushed by pressure, guilt, or external approval, this competency teaches you to act from curiosity, values, meaning, and genuine interest. Using the Intrinsic Motivation (Inner Fuel) Cycle, you learn to notice what’s really driving you, name the current driver, locate how it feels in your body, inquire into values and curiosity, reframe your “why,” choose a values-aligned action, and integrate the energy shift with gratitude. Over time, more of your life is moved by what matters — not by pressure.
