11. Ethical & Moral Capacity (Master Cycle)
11. Ethical and Moral Capacity is the moral backbone of the Lifelong Capacities Map®. It brings together four core skills: 11.1 Moral Reasoning & Dilemma Navigation, 11.2 Integrity Under Moral Complexity, 11.3 Social Responsibility, and 11.4 Inner Moral Compass. Rather than rigid rule-following, this capacity helps you notice ethical tension, reason through options and principles, align word and action, carry responsibility to others, and act from an inner compass you can respect. Using the Moral Alignment Cycle — Notice → Reason → Align → Take Responsibility → Act with Compass — you learn to move from confusion or conflict into grounded, conscience-led action. You are not broken — you are building capacity.
