When to move up
When do I move up a layer?
Move up when you can access the layer’s core skill most days, including on a ‘bad day’, and recovery time after stress is shrinking.
A simple test: Can I create a small 5% shift in 2–5 minutes when I need to? If not, stay where you are. Foundations first.

A body you can come home to, so everything else can grow on stable ground.

How to use the Grow videos
Start at Layer 1 and train little + often, 1–5 minutes a day.
Choose one skill. Repeat daily for 2–4 weeks. Track small 5% shifts, not fireworks.
If you get a small shift on more days than not, move to the next skill in the layer, or the next layer.
